It’s for anyone who cares about others and wants to let them know in a special way.That is an opportunity that Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center is offering to the Pike County community on this Valentine’s Day.Jeanette Dawkins, TH&R activities director, said the community was so generous in making Christmas special for the residents and she offered again a heartfelt appreciation on behalf of all the residents. “Before the party, we will put the Valentines in the sacks and the residents can open them whenever they want. If they have visitors over the weekend, they can enjoy them together.”Those who would like to bring Valentines for the residents are asked to bring them to the TH&R office by Feb. 10.“We want to make sure that we have an equal number of Valentines for the residents,” Dawkins said.The Valentine party will be at 2 p.m. Feb. 11 and family members are invited to share this special time with their loved one.
